These terms govern your use of the Meridian Rewards offer wall at offers.meridianmediausa.com (the “Service”), operated by Meridian Media LLC (“Meridian”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Meridian displays offers supplied by third-party advertising networks. When you complete an offer, the network pays Meridian a commission, and Meridian passes a share of that commission to you as a reward.
Welcome bonus. When your first completed offer is confirmed by the advertiser, Meridian adds a one-time welcome bonus of $1.00 to your balance. One welcome bonus per member. It is paid together with your rewards under the same payout rules, and it is not paid if that first offer is reversed by the network before it is confirmed.
Most offers are free to complete, and some are not. Offers that cost you money are shown in a separate section of the wall, under a heading that says so, and each one carries a label and a plain sentence describing the cost before you start it. That includes offers requiring a paid subscription, a card for a free trial that bills you when the trial ends, a purchase, or a small deposit.
Any money you spend on an offer is paid to the advertiser, not to Meridian. Completing offers on Meridian is free, we do not take a fee out of your rewards, and we will never ask you for a payment in order to release money you have earned. If we offer an optional paid membership, it will be exactly that: optional, priced clearly before you agree to it, cancellable by you at any time, and never required either to complete offers or to be paid what you have earned. We are paid a commission by the advertising network whether or not the offer cost you anything, and we disclose that on every page. A reward is not a refund: if an offer costs more than it pays, that is your decision to make with the cost stated up front, and cancelling a trial before it renews is your responsibility and is governed by the advertiser’s own terms, not ours.
We do not list offers billed to your phone. Carrier-billed and premium-SMS offers are refused at the source and refused again before display, because they can charge you without a card ever being entered. We also do not list an offer whose terms we cannot read well enough to describe the cost to you: where the cost is unknown to us, the offer is withheld rather than shown unlabelled.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally permitted to receive payments in your country. We cannot pay recipients in countries subject to United States sanctions.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple Reward IDs to claim the same offer more than once is fraud and will forfeit your balance.
3. How many offers you can complete
You may complete as many different offers as you like. That is the point of the wall — work through the whole list if you want to.
What you may not do is complete the same offer more than once. Each offer credits once per person. A second attempt at an offer you have already done will not pay, and repeated attempts will be treated as fraud.
4. Conduct that will forfeit your rewards
The advertisers behind these offers pay for genuine new customers. The following will cause your rewards to be reversed and may result in your Reward ID being blocked:
- Using a VPN, proxy, or emulator to appear to be in a different country or on a different device.
- Submitting false names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers.
- Operating more than one Reward ID, or completing offers on behalf of another person.
- Using bots, scripts, auto-fill tools, or any automated means to complete offers.
- Completing the same offer repeatedly, or reinstalling an app to trigger a second credit.
5. How rewards are credited — read this carefully
A reward is not final when it appears. Offers are supplied and validated by third-party networks and their advertisers. Whether a completion counts is decided by them, not by Meridian.
Your balance therefore has two parts. Pending means the network has reported the completion but has not yet confirmed it. Confirmed means it has survived the network’s validation period and is payable.
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Reported by the network. Not yet payable. Typically 30–60 days. |
| Confirmed | Validated by the network. Payable in the next payout run. |
| Reversed | The network or advertiser rejected it. No reward is due. |
| Paid | Sent to the payout destination you provided. |
A completion can be reversed at any point before payment, including after it has shown as pending for some time. Common reasons are duplicate users, an action that was started but not finished, information the advertiser judged to be false, VPN or proxy use, or the advertiser rejecting the lead.
We do not guarantee that any particular offer will credit, that tracking will succeed, or that a reward will be approved. Tracking depends on your browser, your device settings, and the network’s systems. If a completion does not register, we will look into it, but we cannot pay a reward on a commission we were never paid.
6. Payouts
- Only confirmed rewards are payable. Pending rewards are not.
- A minimum balance applies before a payout can be sent. The current minimum is shown on the cash-out panel.
- Payouts are sent in batches and reviewed by a person before money moves. They are not instant.
- You must give us a valid payout destination. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
- Referrals. If someone creates an account through your invitation link and verifies their email, you earn a share of what they earn, for as long as they keep earning. The rate that applies to you is shown on your account panel. That money comes out of Meridian’s own commission and is never deducted from the person you referred — their reward is exactly what the offer said it would be. A referral bonus is credited only when the referred person’s reward is confirmed, so it can be delayed or never arrive for the same reasons any other reward can. You cannot refer yourself, and we may withhold or reverse referral bonuses that come from accounts we believe are not real people. Added 9 September 2026.
- United States recipients: if we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required to collect a Form W-9 before further payment, so that a Form 1099-NEC can be filed.
- We cannot pay recipients in sanctioned countries, or where we cannot determine the recipient’s country.
7. Your Reward ID and your account
Your Reward ID identifies your balance and is stored in your browser.
Sign in with your email and your balance is no longer tied to one browser. It belongs to your account, follows you to any device, and can be restored by us if you clear your browser data or change phone. Signing in is free and needs no password — we email you a code.
If you have not signed in, your Reward ID is the only link to your balance. Anyone who learns it could claim that balance, and if you clear your browser data without having saved it we may not be able to recover it. Save it, or sign in.
8. Rewards come from Meridian
Your reward is paid by Meridian Media LLC. The advertising networks are not party to that arrangement and owe you nothing directly. Any question about your balance or payment should come to us.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close a Reward ID, and withhold unpaid rewards, where we reasonably believe conduct in section 4 has occurred, where a network has reversed a significant share of that account’s completions, or where payment would breach sanctions or other law. We may discontinue the Service at any time; confirmed balances above the minimum will be paid out where we are lawfully able to do so.
10. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the confirmed rewards owed to you at the time the claim arises.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Meridian Media LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
